    Say is this plane for URUMQI AIR or returned from URUMQO AIR to be repainted and reassigned elsewhere perhaps EAL ?

    It was an order that wasn't taken up by UT Air and has now been acquired by Urumqui Air. It certainly isn't going to Eastern.
