Thanks to a anonymous person in giving some info
regarding change of ownership to this aircraft,
From the FAA website they have published the following:
Serial Number 40706 Manufacturer Name BOEING
Certificate Issue Date 07/28/2010
Model 737-7DM Mode S Code 52361056
Year Manufacturer 2011 Cancel Date 11/01/2011
Reason for Cancellation Exported Export To KOREA, NORTH

Would be grateful of any additional info of when it left
Wichita or what new registration it carries now &
confirmation which Korea it delivered to North or South ?
Thanks
John

  1. DM is the USAF customer code for the C-40s. Could be a filing mistake, and is destined for USAF. Previous C-40s were deregistered and were NOT exported. Very strange, though.

  3. I have now been informed that Boeing made a complete hash of the details to the FAA!
The aircraft was actually delivered to Scott AFB November 18, 2011 as 09-0540.
