I logged the callsign as BON5106R.
ReplyDeleteBON5106R is what appeared in the FMC call sign box on SBS & radar tracking websites but flight plan was filed as BOE951.

I read off N5016R on June 29th which is a regular Boeing test reg.

Hi guys, N5106R isn't a Boeing reg. Should be N5016R instead. Cawby has got a pic of it on his site displaying that as well.

Thanks guys for the updated info regarding the test registration & now changed in the original post, proves you can't rely on pilots putting the correct call signs in their FMC boxes.
