  1. I am fairly sure it is the Garuda plane. Boeing sometimes uses the last three digits of the line number for the call sign in place of the expected call sign (in this case boe767)

    You are correct looks like they change the flight number to the last three digits of the line number when the flight number clashes with a Boeing type ie: B767. The last example of this was the COPA HP-1538CMP L/N 3130 should of used the call sign BOE777 but instead used BOE130 on it's first flight. I will ammend the original post to read the Garuda being on a first flight.

  3. Another interesting thing about this plane is the msn, which indicates it was originally bought by Delta and will be sold upon delivery to either Babcock and Brown or Aviation Capital Group and leased to Garuda. Do you know which one it is?
