Thanks to a update from Drewski where he confirmed
the test registration on the aircraft for first flight
was N1786B. For reason unknown the Mode-S transmitter
put on the aircraft was programmed to A13E0E which
corresponds to the registration N1798B.
The Hex Code for N1786B is A13A11

I don't see it mentioned on your blog but 4K-BAKU-1 departed PAE on 1 June, but I don't know where to or what the callsign was. I suspect it may have gone to KSKF for outfitting but that is nothing more than a guess. I did a search for the hex code on libhome and mode-s yahoo group but nothing came up so I think it's probably still in the US.
Sorry don't have that info at the moment, hopefully when they change the Mode-S code to match the allocated Turkish registration then a Sel-Cal might be issued as well.
